Coaching Session Agreement

By purchasing this session, you ("Client") agree to the following terms with Phoenix-Unleashed Name-Miranda Eyles:

Services: You are purchasing a 90-day marriage communication coaching session.

Fees: The fee for this session is 3 monthly instalments $697 with the 1st of the Payment due at the time of purchase and subsequent payments on the following 2 months.

Scheduling: You will receive a link to schedule your session upon confirmation of payment.

Rescheduling/Cancellation: You may reschedule/cancel up to 24 hours before the session without penalty. Cancellations within 12hrs may not be refunded.

Confidentiality: Your information and session details will remain confidential.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you find that our coaching sessions do not align with your expectations, please reach out to discuss your concerns. Here is our refund policy:

Full Refund: If you cancel your session more than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you are entitled to a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session time will be subject to a [50%] refund to account for the time reserved.

Late Cancellations: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than [24 hours] before the scheduled session cannot be refunded. However, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling for another time.

No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without prior notification, we cannot offer a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If after attending a session, you feel the service provided did not meet your expectations, please contact us within [time frame, e.g., 7 days] of the session to discuss a potential partial refund or credit towards future services.

Please note, refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made and may take up to [number of days] to be credited to your account.
